Store reopening
Dear customers,
Monday 11 May we will reopen the doors of the shop, and there will be some simple rules to respect. In the photo you will find new timetables and the provisions to follow.
At the entrance you will find an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser. The mask is recommended, we have some to sell if you have forgotten.
Home deliveries currently remain active for all those people who prefer not to go out but would like to continue receiving LEGO at home. We will try to do them between 11:30 and 12:00 in the Locarno area (from Minusio to Intragna).
We have added the option to buy with in-store pickup again on the site.
We also ask you, for long pieces search sessions, to register first by email (info@mattoncino.ch) or by phone (079 475 36 54) to book the search space for you.
We have 2 parts search stations, and we will bring you the boxes of parts should there be more than one person searching.
The pieces and play stations will be disinfected by steam every day, as well as the surfaces where there is direct contact (counter, credit card terminal, handles, etc.)
We sincerely thank you for the support and trust you have shown us during these two months of physical closure of the store, we really want to welcome you back to the store!
