Information on shipments

Shipments are made via Swiss Post for both national and international orders.
Free collection is also possible at our stores in Locarno and Lugano (see page "Where we are")

All shipping rates are available on the Swiss Post website. (www.posta.ch)

For purchases  For orders over CHF 100.- shipping is FREE within Switzerland.

Shipping with padded letters A and B mail NOT have tracking and NOT There is no guarantee from our side for any loss of shipment. We recommend  therefore to use Postpac Economy or Priority shipping.

For pre-order sets, they will be shipped or delivered on the date or period indicated.  in the product description.

PLEASE NOTE: For international shipments, Swiss VAT is not collected, it will be the responsibility of the customs office of the destination country to collect it at the customer's expense. For information on customs fees  of the destination country, do  reference to customs or the relevant local office of the destination country.
